Is there any evidence that new industry/jobs will move or be created in Weston to ensure that the 12,000 dwellings will not be creating thousands more commuters.

I am unhappy with the proposal to build 12,000 more homes in W-s-M. We are already out of balance with the Job/Homes situation and I believe that, with the best will in the world to create local jobs, additional residential development will exacerbate this problem rather than redress it. Enough criticism has been made over the past few years concerning the massive developments at Worle, Locking Castle, St George and Weston Village (Flood plains, future slums).
