We support the inclusion of ‘affordable housing’ in all sites.

For clarity, reference should be made at Policy SA2, to remitted Policy CS14, that sets out the distribution of new housing across the District.

The last sentence of policy SA2 is unnecessary as plan policies need to be taken a whole generally.

Schedule 1 only includes some general notes and does not identify any site specific requirements, such as what new or improved transport infrastructure will be required to support their delivery, which would be useful. Therefore the policy SA2 wording is somewhat misleading.
