Comment | Weston-super-Mare The priority for the town as a whole is that transport and social infrastructure needs, including health and education requirements need to be prioritised in front of housing development in the case of timelines. Weston-super-Mare is already taking the largest share of the new housing development for the district which could be eased by the larger villages accepting more housing development. Secondly that the greenbelt boundary at South Bristol needs reviewing to allow housing development between the current urban boundary and the new A370 to A38. In terms of new build sites proposed the Town Council would like to see both high quality development and adequate levels of residential parking provision |
