  1. The total number of houses allocated to the 5 Service Villages is 1,247. If the sites are approved for Yatton, the total would be 696 houses which would seem to be a very unfair distribution.
  2. We are pleased to note that Claverham, as an infill village, will not have any proposed sites for development.    
  3. We would also wish to see waste land and brownfield sites used rather than destroying the green fields. It is noted that the developments in Weston are making good use of existing buildings and brownfield sites.
