Is this really where we're headed? Let's flatten a traditional old Somerset cottage and then build a housing estate in its place within the village boundary of Churchill and outside the settlement boundary on piece of open countryside? Nice try, but let's hope for everyone's sake in the village that the planners can see through this one.
