We write on behalf of Strongvox Homes to provide comments on the North Somerset Site Allocations Plan following the Inspector's note (document ID4) of 26th July; and the council's subsequent publication of site assessments on 1st August 2017. On behalf of Strongvox Homes, we submitted a full planning application (ref: 17/P/0752/F) for 51 homes at Wilson Gardens/Scot Elm Drive earlier this year.
