We continue to object to the allocation of the Old Mill Road site for mixed use development including residential. However as a site with significant economic activity we welcome the fact that it will be afforded some protection under amended Policy SA4. Only when the policy criteria are satisfactorily addressed will it be justified to develop the site for an alternative use.
