I fully support the retention of CS33 unchanged, and trust that NSC will honour their commitment to it when considering any proposed developments.

Some affordable housing could be built at Wrington, Felton/Winford and Cleeve. We are concerned about the lack of affordable housing in North Somerset.

Kenn Parish Council, as an identified Infill Village, confirm their strong support for the proposed policy CS33. The Parish Council, and village, consider infill and sustainable development in scale with the existing parish acceptable as defined within the policy. However, will rely on and emphasis policy CS33's clear objectives if and when the pressure to find sites for housing increases, if this impinges on the parish.  It will definitely be borne in mind should any change of use/designation f

a settlement boundary excluding this site is short sited given the demand for housing, the Government requirements for over 20,000 new homes in North Somerset and the excellent road, bus, foot and cycle path links into Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding areas.

Policy CS33, as presented, is a welcome confirmation and should be properly and fully enforced. It will then, I am sure, have the support of residents of smaller settlements and the countryside. I note that the JSP call for sites includes land at Cottage Farm Claverham (NS0124 and NS0125) which contravenes CS33 and is outside the village boundary, this and any similar applications should be turned away at initial consultation or, if formally applied for, refused. Development that complies with C

CS32 I support Development in Yatton iof local benefit and supported by the local community. It should not increase the population by more than 20percent, I.e. About 600 houses - which should include those already in the pipeline. Building outside the settlement boundaries must not conflict with maintaining natural landscape boundaries which give the settlement character.

I fully support the re-worded policy CS33 to maintain the character of our villages and their surrounding countryside and to ensure that unsustainable development is not permitted in villages with inadequate infrastructure. In addition I note that the JSP call for sites includes land at Cottage Farm Claverham (NS0124 and NS0125) which contravenes CS33 and is outside the village boundary.

I am glad to see that infill villages such as Claverham have been safeguarded from development outside the settlement boundary. However I am concerned that not only is Claverham threatened by a current application to build 70 plus houses on a site adjacent to Chestnut Drive, but that in the JSP call for sites there is a further application (two in fact for the same site) for 70 to 100 houses to the north of the village. I hope that councilors will stick to the wording of CS33 and turn down these

I fully support the proposed policy CS33.   I believe this policy is critical to ensure developments in these locations: * Are properly sustainable; * Fully consider both the existing infrastructure and the fact that improving existing infrastructure in these areas to the degree required, for any approach other than the policy proposes, is simply (and realistically) unachievable; and, * Preserve the character of the landscape and communities involved. Additionally, I have seen within the 'c
