Clevedon and Kenn. Increasing employment to the south would potentially overload the already busy B3133 coming north from Congresbury and Yatton, so must wait for transport infrastructure planning. This road is NOT part of the “primary road network”.

Improve bus service to Yatton station and extend Strawberry line cycle route. Area west of Kenn Road could be mixed business and residential.

“Small scale” in relation to developments in the green belt needs to be defined. As Q1 the overall scale may be excessive.
