The proposed mendip Spring/Churchill development is adjacent to The Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This area is more environmentally, ecologically and landscape sensitive than the green belt immediately south of Bristol.

The environmental/ecological damage would be huge and permanent. It would appear that North somerset Council have no green credentials whatsoever.
