| Comment | The re-use of isolated rural buildings in the countryside should be encouraged for rural and agricultural workers, provided that they are no longer suitable for agricultural use. If buildings are being used for a holiday accommodation, then they are brought to the standards required for residential use as a Condition for change of use.
