We consider that any larger scale employment land/development would be best placed in close proximity to the anticipated new Junction 21A of the M5 as referenced in the vision for Banwell on page 35 of the Issues document.
Other smaller scale and/or non ‘B’ Use Class employment opportunities can be integrated within the core area of the village as anticipated in the submitted Vision Document.

Summary
