| Comment | We support the Council’s commitment to reducing carbon emissions and supporting renewable and low carbon forms of energy generation (par 1.3) and we strongly agree that their development must be appropriately sited (par 1.7). In particular, we are pleased to see that the Council has included the following important points which we would like to endorse: · Solar PV arrays should avoid areas that are undeveloped (par 1.3). |
