This policy is very welcome, although it comes too late to mitigate existing damage, especially from light pollution (Bristol Airport, Clevedon FC etc) or lack of landscaping (Smart Systems a particular blot on the landscape). Schedule 1 - Object - KSPC cannot support the provision of any further new housing in Yatton (100 proposed and it understands that this could increase if the housing numbers rise following the successful High Court challenge). This is because of the very poor Broadband service to Kingston Seymour. Every new house in Yatton reduces the bandwidth available to KS residents and businesses.
