DM:43 Residential annexes KSPC supports this policy in principle but considers that it needs strengthening to prevent potential abuse. There are many "granny annexes" which are commercially let despite planning conditions which supposedly prevent this, as there appears to be little or no monitoring of compliance with such conditions.
