Re: Consultation: Sites and Policies Plan - Designation of Local Green Space or Undesignated Green Space Request for designation of land at 60 Station Road, Nailsea Please take these comments into consideration when making decisions about additional areas of land to be designated as either Local Green Space or as Undesignated Green Space. My interest in this piece of land is twofold. I am a local resident of the area, and use the lane that runs the length of the southern boundary of the land

Objection to Policies DM 13, 20, 33, 34, 48,50, 51,71,72,73 and to SCHEDULEs 1 & 2 Reasoned justification The continued consultation in this Sites and Policies Plan on many policies including policy DM 13, 20, 33, 34, 48,50, 51,71,72,73 and SCHEDULEs 1 & 2 is inappropriate, following the decision of the High Court to remit strategic policies within the Core Strategy 2012. Until such time as the Council have addressed the matters referred to in Court Judgement, there are substantial elements of

I am writing this letter to object to any proposed planning applications for the land in Beechmount Drive and that the land should be kept as local green space. The problem being the amount of water filtering from the hill because trees have been felled along with saplings and other vegetation. The fact is there has always been a problem with drainage and is worse since ther removal of the trees and of the heavy rain which the last year has been so bad and is very dangerous for the houses. That

DM73 - Local Green Space We are pleased to see the designation of the Old Quarry, Wrington Hill, and the Church Walk Play Area and associated amenity area/field as Local Green Space in relation to policy DM73 and Schedule 5. However, in our response to the emerging Sites & Policies DPD we requested that land in Redhill at the junction of Church Road with the A38 is similarly designated (see plan previously supplied). It is disappointing that this wasn't taken forward, irrespective of its locat

We would like North Somerset to ensure that the Bleadon Parish Environment, including nature and wildlife sites, continues to be protected under the existing constraints and policies and that the fields remain as they are where at all possible.

B .4 Local Green Spaces; The Community Plan argued for protection of 2 areas off Moor Lane and Farleigh Fields that were special to the community. This was developed in dBNP where they began to be defined as 2 Local Green Spaces (LGS). This contradicts Schedule 8, pp16 that names only one - that at Farleigh Fields. The second is located off Moor Lane Fields and we submit both should be included in the S & P DPD. A sound case has been made that BRA's proposal Option 'B' should be adopted and in
