WSM Policy23-Bourneville community area The Uphill Great Rhyne and Cross Rhyne fall within the northern and southern boundaries of this area. The floodplain is quite minimal in this area but new development should be screened carefully using the latest baseline flood maps. Surface water drainage improvements should be considered as part of the design criteria. Please see comments for DM50 and 51- Employment sites.
